There's a major area of confluence just above the weekly pivot at 5132. 61.8 fibo, descending trendline, and middle of 4hr channel. That should cap it. 5117/32 is what I'm thinking.

Generally I'm bullish on this pair. In my opinion I believe 1.5's is undervalued and I think 1.6 is a fair price at this time.

The pair dropped a lot on Friday due to risk aversion over the weekend, especially as China data was being released. I do believe it is in an uptrend and will continue in this way.

thats 95% of the reason why im long at these prices..it amazes me that so many are simply short because the trend is down overall and when the trend changes overall they will be long..and have no real technical hindsight beyond this.

its quite sad but then again its needed for us to make wonga
