Yeah I can see the reason.
Yup, GU is going to 49100 atleast me thinks but u never know what market does these days (summer holidays already).

There is a BIG fundamental reason for GU to be bullish:

1. Offer BskyB from murdoch
2. BP might need plenty of pound to convert to dollars and pay for the spill.

Sure, it will be very quick though...

BP needs to buy the pounds from the market to BUY the dollar in turn and pay for it. So transaction will be: BUY pound to covert and BUY the dollar.

It depends on the banks how they manipulate this. BUY and sell simultaneously or do the usual and trick the market.

Anyhow, until BP mess is sorted buy the dips I say and make plenty in scalps.

Yesterday's high and DPP framing the PA so far. Open is also providing some s/r. Bullish wedge needs close above 1.4835. Playing the pullbacks until then.

15 m chart tells the story .. I stayed in the trade through both (nail-biting) tests of 200 ena as it was not significantly violated .. finally took profit when she agaiin failed to close above the H3.

This was a great trade off a very simple chart .. no elliot waves, butterflies, bats, moths or other fancy stuff.

At my age, less complicated = better!
