You have to edit it in the MACD EA in meta Editor.

The EA doesnt care what you have on your charts, it only sees what you tell it to see.

So, when you open up the MACD Sample EA, find the standard settings, 12, 26, 9...and change them to 24, 55, 5.

Save the template, close your charts, open and you will be able to run back tests.

I have renamed this one as Sampler because I wanted to keep the original intact.

Gotcha...attached is the macd settings modified EA...Everything the same as the original, with exception of the MACD settings.

The rest are set like the posted pic...Yeah, TP 50 and SL200...

I'm not telling you to do this...It was to test what best MACD for the current indicators I am working with.

Try at own risk, would encourage running a demo, not live, 30m chart.

This MACD sampler EA was taken from FXSOL, 4 digit broker so may not work if you are working on...

bro its not about right or wrong its about its do u see the trend retraces up or down a pic the right time to short or long i hope all of u did short from the top

Hi Kill,

Another good day with the Cams. From my chart looks like we pulled back to a 61.8 fib on the daily (last high to yesterdays low) that was just short of our H5 target. Also there is a trendline there.

Iam liking lower timeframes with cams, but as each day goes by,from looking at the bigger picture....as i use to..... i can spot the CAM BUSTERS that are about.

no bro i think we will range between 14700 -14300 for now till the es break up or down and i will enjoy the ride between the cam's

i will keep an eye in the dow too we need to break the range

Its not about up or down more like up and down as you can see per my chart.
We are in between 2 trendlines on the daily.
Weekly we are in a downtrend.
we have retraced from the swing high to yesterdays low, 61.8 on the fibs, maybe thats what caused our about turn.

This is just from what i see, i could be wrong.

One thing i do know........there is a squeeze coming!

So i would say keep an eye on the break of a trendline and maybe a retest and that my friend is confermation.

Or if your super cool, play the yo yo inbetween.

In the GBP, the U.K. new government is weak. A second election may not be far away. Our bias for the EURUSD and GBPUSD remains negative.

maybe I am dreaming ...

bear flag and within the bear flag a head and hsoulders forming ...

GU been in consoidation mode for 4 weeks .... seems this is the amoutn of time it likes to stay in these modes before making a move.

es got hammered after an effort to rise and closed 4 points of a major support.

Rather trade ES these days then this whipsaw action we are seieng in fx . ES at least makes some sense
