Buying EUR/USD blindly (well go ahead and enjoy 20/20 hindsight if that gives the warm and fuzzies) is still the preferred trading strategy.

I will open 1st short at 1.2020, ready hedge if that sucker does not turn.

I don't believe price will break 1.20, it's a strong level. If anything, most of these gains are impulse buys ... which means if you weren't in the long position to begin with, then its too late for you to capitalize off of it now. Impulse markets tend to buy/sell fast and retrace even faster.

Most traders know this, so i'll be looking for a retrace (take profits) and in the mean time holding my shorts.

Eur is totally detrended these days. We need to go above 2026 to trigger stops and coverings. If we get to 2026 aim for 2073

Everyone and their uncle has their stop placed above 1.2010/20. If they get tripped we could get a nice short squeeze.

I dont like the level where usd/chf is being traded now. The drop would be big...
