can you access old charts on another machine? I had a similar problem, I saved the charts as templates and transferred.
i had some else do it.. he emailed my info to his email account but it has not loaded correctly when we put meta back it loads like a fresh meta and doesn't acknowledge im on line

Gator check your login server: On the top left click on file. Make sure your Login, password and server are correct.

EDIT: I don't think I need to say this, but don't be giving anyone your personal information or emailing them with any account specifics.

This is a tricky spot we might see a bounce from the others previous swing low at 1.32 or a retest of the last swing low at 1.31 region.

That is alright gatorinla when you open your platform look at the top left corner you should see a name of something saying the name of your platform broker, it can be just letter like FXCM, FXDD, Ducascopy, etc..

Bounce up to 1.3230-50 is more likely first, then down some more

Found some support with decent buying around 1.3202 (probably some shorts covering as well)
They think they are smarter than I am.

Pending long extend to cover low point of the intermediate supply zone 1.3185 and may not hold though & get refuge to the main supply zone of 1.3150.anyway expecting some bounce before fall again if & so benefit of doubt is long for me.

thanks for trying.. it said invalid account.. but i know its correct. oh well i think im short in this one with a pending from friday. .. i dont recall entry. i may have canceled entry.. not sure..

okay, invalid account either means that your login, password and/or server are wrong OR your demo account expired. You can call the broker and ask them to reinstate it (if they can). Worst case I hope you saved them charts somewhere. ?
