not a pro I get it wrong all the time.

9 time out of 10 asia direction is rotated in London ... something i have observed

I have also been watching volumes form on the 60 min charts on the treble bottom . vsa is something that has come to me with experience and practice.

also mm i took a 35 pip hit in early asia , did not move stop and just took hit , was a little to bullish .....

You're absolutely spot on, 35 pips is easily recovered, 200 pips will do a lot of damage to your confidence let alone emotions. The market is always there and always will be kind enough for you to take advantage...so trade well. Thanks bro for being patient with us newbies here.

I use both, I have an indi which automatically draws the yesterday range and then use the nouse to draw the other manually.
I don't trade off them, but I do use them as targets because if you're long and target a fib for your TP, you are usually one step ahead of the herd who will be happy to buy your TP when the smart money has pushed it up to suck in the shorters.
