My strategy didn't work. LOL!

Yes it worked out ok in the end but the Tokyo session didn't follow my plan, how rude of it!

Two orders same position, the first order has a 19 TP and the second has a TSL of 19, so when the first order takes profit the Trailing Stoploss is moved up to Break Even on the second order.

This makes the second order "risk-free" but of course, the downside is that if the stoploss is hit we get two losses intead of one!

So far I must say this system seems great. I remember when I started my trading in FX... I looked at the hours after US market close to make a box leading up to Asian session.. but I believe this is a much better method...
My question is I am with Alpari UK.. and someone mentioned GMT 2 and Start Time at 23 hrs to use. Backtest shown this to be the best setting.. so do I changed the default settings to suite me or do I leave default of GMT 0 and Start Time at 1? What if I wanted to trade this manually, at what time do I place the order?

If you are able to back-test it might be worth trying a few different settings and choosing your own optimum.

I am using V3.. here are my backtests from Alpari using:
GMT0 with Entry at 1, and
GMT 2 with Entry at 23

*Cant upload HTM documents so I zipped the two to compare.. they are not too far off..

Good question!

As far as I am aware TSL's are managed by EA's only although I have seen EA's on other threads where you place your order manually then leave the EA to manage the trade.

Before you ask, I'm afraid I cannot remember where I have seen this, but a FF search might find it for you!

Don't these two come out at the same time?

GMT 0 with entry at 1 is Yokyo open.

But I can't get my brain cell round the other!

I must be getting old!

No. no I will not ask, actually I can do this simple task myself but the only thing is I want get rid of this EA. Just want all manually.

I'm afraid that I would not know how to that.

We would need one of the expert coders to do it, I certainly have no objections to anyone modifying the code!

Not that hard to do, just calculate the sl/tp from the trade's opening price.
