Britain's economy is set to grow at a faster pace in the first half of this year than many of the world's major developed countries, according to a new report.
By 2010's second quarter, only Canada is forecast to be growing faster than the UK
The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has estimated annualised growth of 2% for the UK in the first three months of 2010.
This is not as fast as Canada, the US and France, but beats the predicted quarterly expansion in Germany, Japan and Italy.
