All we can do is wait and see. I'm watching E/G for direction. (Look at weekly chart) I won't post my chart, hopefully everyone has their own.

I would expect a sudden flare to the upside on Cable, to cut out the watching shorts. And then a very savage down cut to get the price through 1.58 resistance. This is about the only currency people want to unload more than the dollar, so, why is the price above 1.60??? It wouldn't be here if the big boys wanted to buy it..

Still no breach and hold over the 1440EMA (circled in red)on the 5m...Price failed to reach 500SMA on 15m, and with a little downwards momo, targeted range still seems reasonable (green shaded area).

Even with the retrace on the retrace, I still see higher highs over the next few days, but wouldn't get caught trying to catch falling knives.

I am seeing a smilar pattern forming and I am in total agreement with higher highs..
