I know this is out of topic and i just feel like dying to ask it here since this is the most active thread and i need help about this to complain to the broker. This is regarding tehnical issue.

I had a pending sell order and it was opened at 2009.12.04(Last Friday) 15:30 (GMT+2 Broker time)
Sell 0.02 EURJPY @133.43 with SL @133.68
However, it was closed at 2009.12.04 15:30 due to a spike out and it was closed @133.97

Question is,

How could it be closed above my SL ?

Even though if it was a spike, it should close at my SL right ?

I told the broker about this, and the broker said it was gap, and if gap closing happened, it would not close at our SL. I find this is very disturbing.

So i checked my balance sheet, every single loss trade (Every trade of mine has SL with it), it was always the closing price = Stop Loss price. Shouldn't it be like this?

Any input or opinion will be very much appreciated.

Intraday GBP/USD: The setback off 1.6721 touched 1.6425 before staging a recovery. An inverse head-and-shoulders pattern can be discerned on the daily chart, and keeping 1.6425 intact, combined with a break through 1.6570 would lift the tone sharply towards the 1.6674 lower high. The neckline lies at 1.6713 for Monday. Below 1.6425 would place doubts on the bullish pattern, exposing 1.6380 and the Nov. 27 reaction low at 1.6272.

16330 could pose a hurdle, but I personally think down is the only way at the moment. I am short since 16430.

The middle ascending line has caused several reversals over the last 6 months or so.....
