You're probably in bed now but your stop loss is 'bear'ly 80 pips from where we are now, which could easily be taken out in the Asian session.

If you ask me, we might not see that much of a retracement after Asia opens and tomorrow sometime we breakthrough last week's high and stay there for the first few days next week before the 'King' brings her down again.

Obviously, I could be totally wrong....

ya noticed the flag couple of hours ago..i m short since then but looking to close it for few pips and buy order at the day high(pole of flag)

Another mindless activity to past the time between moves on the charts has been to back test through the posts on this thread to only those intervals that immediately preceed a big move on the pair and see just how far off the mark even the most astute traders are in their prognostications.

Why would anyone expose themselves this way?

We would be more accurate predicting where the zit will splatter on the mirror when we squeeze that pimple on the end of our beak.

yep you have to be able to dodge the retraces before you can strut your stuff

It is amazing though that as it falls the place is full of 'obviously it was a short' people and when it goes up it was 'I was long all along really'

When its going up strongly and the forum is full of 'quick go short' traders then I will start to take notice

I always think of the crashes in cable during the Madrid bombings - thats when charts go out of the window - events dear boy, events

summary - always have a stop loss

i do agree with you my plan is to go LONG again po from 6490 and target is at 1.67 and then 1.7xx

buying now that it is 50 pips from prev support and coming into asia that usually has 50-90 pip average ranges and kingdom of fakeouts i`d be very uncomfortable with that

but ... again its just me it might as well just blast off for another 100 pips right from here but chances are...it will not so i`ll stick with chances and look for some price action around 1.66 - our local high

dunno if it will be an interesting friday for BOTH ny and london but i think it wont be a ranging day because price is at a very interesting price level and something has got to give

take what u can and dont trade what you think/feel/picture....
we are currently in a h4 bull trend but going rather erratically up we had 3 days of accumulation and if today`s breakout is not just a thrust up into selling blocks of inst orders then i would not want to stand in front of the moving train
