Thanks T,DD & Sonic.

I know it is supposed to be a simple system yet, I strive to understand how it works. Even Basber told me to do the H4 candle task and convert it to H1 and M15, which I have been doing. I know from doing this task that, the H4 or H1 gives us the High and Low wave in M15 and the continuation gives is the break.

This is why I was so confused to hear that we should be looking for these waves before the higher tf candle completes.

Maybe too much chart and candle analysis can drive one crazy.

My eyes are tired, or perhaps I should say my good eye is tired.
I had an accident at work last year, broke my eye socket with a bad piece of company equipment which left me with only 10% vision in my right eye.
This company fired me for demanding the workers compensation forms and my lawyer is suing the company for this.

Just thought I would mention this as I didn't want anyone to think I was having marital problems or anything after only being married a year. See, Japan is not quite the country of Zen, Love and harmony, you may think from reading all the books the Japanese write about it.

Ok, today I watched that pinbar on H1 form at a good area making it a possibly good signal.
After which I saw the sonic wave building up on M15, actually I saw them both at the same time as I have the charts side by side.

It looked like a good pinbar, the wave looked good on M15 and I decided it was a worthwhile trade.

So, is this what it is about or did I enter too late because the pinbar had already completed?

This is what I need to know.
The example I referred to in my post was when the subject was an H4, not an H1. When you see something that looks important, if it is to turn out that way it will be more so if it was seen on an H4 than on an H1. I cannot tell you how many times I sat in a trade that went my way and suddenly turned, and there I sat waiting for it to turn again my way and do what I expected it to do! The reality was, it already had. I was expecting too much for too long on too low a TF!!!!!!!!!!!

This is not what it is all about. It is about wave analysis, support and resistance, highs and lows, higher highs and higher lows, lower lows and lower highs.

Which is why wave analysis and not bar/candle analysis is what is necessary. Bars are random and arbitrary. The waves are not. The waves tell the truth to those willing to listen.

I absolutely agree now!

Edit: By the way, ddaytrader and Sonic, I am starting a binder of pictures of SonicR and Advanced SonicR. I will be looking for your continued posting of nice, clean, pretty pictures! Now I have the idea of capturing a shot of the H4 during these setups. For example (and this may help you, Rastaman), look at the H4 coinciding with ddaytrader's current Advanced SonicR setup. PA could drop, which is what the Advanced SonicR is betting on. If it does, then this incomplete candle with still an hour to go, may complete as a pinbar (or, it could turn psychotic, and run north!).

Well, I vote we "hash it out" while doing and posting! Could be a lot of benefit in that, and no harm so long as everyone understands the nature of the beast is trying to be defined.

I would like to say THANKS all traders in his thread, because you helps new traders, like me, grow. I liked DD advanced conception, but like Sonic said maybe leave it later, it can be little confusion. Maybe later it will be SonicR v4 and THV wont escape

Yo guys, I been busy scouting through the forums . Not that I dont like Sonic system. Its the best one I seen and the postings made by you guys these 2 days just hit me in the head. Im gonna stop scouting and just stick with 15min and draw waves. Wish me luck.

I will not give exact details here until I have a chance to discuss this with SOnic over the weekend, but price has reached a level where I usually move my stop loss to break even on an advanced SonicR.

Off the current subject of Advanced SonicR, I have a question for you, ddaytrader.

Regarding the shi Channel and shi Channel MTF indys, is there a use for the little "marks" they make when PA causes the TLs to move and a "mark" is left (in the old position, I guess)? Or, would an option to turn these "marks" off be helpful?

A break even trade - price traded to a specific fib level (not shown) that sometimes marks the end of a decline and the resumption of a rally (and vice versa). The advanced SonicR (and this will be my last post on this until Sonic gives the go ahead (it is his thread, after all), needs a bit tighter risk control as it is very much a potential counter trend trade. If price does end up declining further here, I will wait for a Classic SonicR before getting myself short again.

In other words, I take one shot at it with the advanced SonicR, and if I am stopped out, I do not look for another advanced set up, but wait for the Classic.

EDIT: That is, if price does not make a new high here, I will wait for a Classic SonicR to get short. If price makes a double top or a higher high, then by all means I will be looking for a possible advanced SonicR to go short again.

I don't even notice them. No use, no harm, no foul. If you can turn them off and they bother you, by all means turn them off.

remove all the indicators from my chart and leave only S&R Points
and Dragon...
cut losses short, let profits run.

EU M15: Here is an interesting situation. PA is back at yesterday's high. It is just up thru the upper shi Channel TL. And it seems to be stopped here. This just may present a good pullback. CCI is overbought and looks to be just about to cross down......worth keeping eye on.
