Hmm... closing all my short calls from before. +10 and +30 pips. adding long in 1.6384.. above 50 percent fibo, will add more if this candle is going down. Only add 0.2 lot. Last night, it was an act of retracement. what i see today is, this candle will keep moving up after it stopped just right above the 50 percent fibs. Will watch the UTL very closely,,

Just following the trend.

Good day to you all,

Herewith a chart with levels that I will be watching. Numbered and referenced:

1) The 50% line of this week is now sitting @ 1.6363
2) This is the Friday close price (last week) @ 1.6352 - price just bounced off this - so S/R level
3) Here we have the high of last week sitting @ 1.6398 - support earlier this week that may now become a resistance level to watch.

NOTE - for me, we are in a " neutral" area between 1.6352 and 1.6398

4) Further resistance to the upside is sitting @ 1.6419/1.6422 area - confluence of the Monday high as well as Monday close.
5) Below price we have support @ 1.6327. This was yesterdays low and price bounced off this. Not sure how strong this level is.
6) Of more importance to me is the weekly opening price @ 1.6283 ( also in confluence with the upper level of the weekly channel, by low @ 1.6280.

I will thus look at PA around todays open @ 1.6381, 1.6398 to the top and 1.6352 at the bottom to see where we want to go.

I agree, this is a strong retrace and this cycle is not complete untill the 5300 area. You'll see some minor retracement along the way (mini cycles if you will), but it has to complete. It always does. For all of you pip hunters out there thrying to fill up the pip trophy case, this will be a good one, for those of you looking for meat and potato trades for 100% takes with large lots (like me) than hit this one tonight for a quick 60. Good trading my friends.

The best probability trade for me would be an entry short @ 1.6380-1.6390, with a SL @ 1.6426 and TP @ 1.6335.

This is not a recommendation. Just a view.

I use the 4 and 24 x for plays, looks close to same as you, which ones you using Nav?

Not Sure exactly what your MAs are but I am spending hours / days developing a 2 systems for taking trades based on MAs only.

One for shorter term "power trades"
the other for
Long term "super trades"

Wish me luck!

FX is hard work, but I am fully addicted. It is WORTH every PIP! A junkie you might say....

I may be wrong... but I personally am looking back to the resistance area lets call it 6450.

Before strong retrace to 5400. This is still depending greatly on the USD. With gold pegged @ 1050 per troy oz bid, and dow blowing thru 10k this "may" be possible. Just my assertions as of yet.

fx trading looks simple but it's actually difficult...i use few systems when i going to enter a trade...juz to play safe...
