P.S Did you see how EURO hit almost 1.4950 and now at 1.49?

I think something going to happened overnight. Never underestimate

power of US FED. BTW.. Just a thoughts, - nothing else..

We're all entitled to change our views as new facts or perceptions emerge. That is a positive trait for a trader, I believe. Sentiment against the dollar is indeed starting to feel stretched in the short-term, although I am not ready to long the currency quite yet.

Hmmm... "power of the US FED" But they want a weaker dollar, that's very obvious, particularly with Kohn's dovish comments from yesterday. Why wouldn't they want a weaker currency, with the 10y and 30y treasuries yielding 3.42% and 4.26%, respectively?

I saw the move in EURUSD, but we need to wait a bit more time for the market to settle down from the initial swings following such a news event as FOMC minutes, which were slightly bearish for the greenback.

Throw MACD and OSMA onto your hourly, standard settings, it tells me a story of, WE ain't quite done on longs yet.

OSMA hits positive, this will be a friggen runaway!
Could close the 4hr long cycle @ 1.6118

A continued and measured depreciation in the value of the currencies of large deficit and highly indebted countries, such as the UK and the US, are part of the solution and are not problematic in itself, providing the deprecation doesn't turn into a stampede to dump assets en-masse - a scenario that would lead to a nasty period of stagflation.

The "balance" part you mention is many years away, unfortunately, as the imbalances that exist between surplus and deficit nations are just so wide.
