Hi all,

Notwithstanding my bearishness on sterling, we could see a brief snapback from sterling weakness tomorrow, following the release of UK CPI.

Sterling has been reacting quite sensitively to domestic data of late and CPI has been stubbornly higher than forecast in recent months (in 15 out of 18 months to be precise), relative to both the BOE's central projections and market predictions.

If the number comes in above forecast again tomorrow, the market could deem risks of further QE to be slightly diminished, thereby causing a spike in sterling from current very oversold levels (see weekly COT report), causing a squeeze of weaker shorts.

I agree though Weekly showing SELL

Guys, what's wrong with My RSI(14). Why on my screen it's always

kind of flat instead of going from top to bottom and so forth.

I sow couple of screen shots of others here and their RSI is have a more

swings.. Hmm strange..

With equities so strong, commodities have started firming again in recent hours, thereby exerting pressure on the greenback, much in line with recent trends.
