I was a huge fan and was there when you first started but my situation would not let me afford it. I would love to learn forex again the right way and was wondering if you offer some lessons. I hold my positions over the weekend all the time. It all depends on the pair and how much in profit I am in. I swing trade more than anything, why would I close a great entry?

If I were trading G/J and was up 50 pips, it gets closed. This pair can gap big and SL's do not help if it gaps over your stop.

However, If I were trading G/U and was up 100 pips, and the trend is in my direction... Damn right I'm keeping it open.

Only thing that comforts the long positions is the small support from the 22nd to the 26th of May which is holding up. Other than that there isn't anything else that could stop cable from tanking deeper, except if you're gonna trade with the notion that cable had done a 400 and it MUST retrace. Complete rubbish to think that way btw.
That being said I am long off 5917 with a tight stop @5890 basing the trade off the support & the over 200+ pips hedge on euro to cushion the blow. It's a gamble on my part, but since I can't...
what yur thinking right there is exactly what i was thinking when i did what i did, i dunno if yur stop was hit, was it? if it was did it work put work that it was different feeling wise regardles of the cushion, cause for me...i felt it man! squash the long! damnit.....i should have gone in big

I still see cable tanking!!.. Not yet. but.. soon after retrace..

Perhaps after Que's chart. Mid 50 to high 50's retrace

WormBoy, nAVIN, etc.

Can someone post a sleep schedule? To trade NY n' LDN effectively I live in NY, Trying to find a nice balance to trade NY and LDN for a bit. Mostly trading NY, Aussie/ Asian open,
BUT, losing pips on later markets. Maybe not worth it, and will focus BIG pippin' on NY. watch later marx... ?

Just curious what you guys do. Only sleeping about 6 hours a day, since ForeX!

Prospective Schedule:

Wake 7am trade NY 8 to 11/12 work till 5pm

5 to 9 OFF

9 to ten research and charting/ News

10/ 11 Bed till 3 AM trade till 5 AM

Sleep 5 to 7 AM

Do it again.

Very happy! shorts reversed! +60 PIPs. Loss made up! IN the Green!

BTW, lost over 15 pips on trades against trend. Finally learning how to let the winner ride!!! and cut the losers short. Trend IS your FREND. LOL
