the hting baout trading with the daily / 4 hr trend is even if you are wrong you end up with a little draw down and then the trade works for you.

trading against the trend you better adhere to stops otherwise 600 pip later you are still praying you are going to get a retrace

No my friend I'm flat. I just got back home and turned my computer on to see this. My 15m is showing a "slowing" but I wouldn't even call it a bounce...LOL

That long I had set to BE before I left was obviously hit for zero. Dam glad I went to BE on it.

At this point, a little patience is what I need now to see what she wants to do. We could get anything from here I suppose. Bounce, retrace, reversal of just a flat out tank.

As of right now we're still in the "range" IMHO so it's still anybodys game me thinks.

I think confidence is an important part of being successful FX trader.

While trying to make short term trades and scalp why I was losing more than winning. What I found was 2 things;

1. I was making counter trend trades thinking I would grab a small bit of pips 5 or 10 on retrace. Bam, loss, why? the answer was right there in front of my
face the TREND was clearly in ONE direction and my trades were the other!!!!

2. Was that I would close a lot of trades before they even grew in anticipation that I may be wrong. Not giving myself the chance to actually succeed! But the losers I let roam....

I'm sure your account will grow nicely! I learn a lot from you guys!

What do you mean? I use the usdx chart. I think you're looking at the usdlfx

interesting question

the range is good but today is an exepctional day. No buyers in sight , just little bounces , which is o for us short term day traders ..lol that can play these 50 pips bounces , most cannot and are more swing traders..hold for a few hours / days

I have very good spreads gj and have been buisy trading this range basedo n 5 min charts and vsa set ups
