Actually I'm thinking about 1.1200 and lower but for around end of the summer next year or so not for next Friday.

Take a look at monthly chart.

Remember markets have greater than 80% probability of making it back to the ML. Hence why I use this technique constantly.
Thanks for the information , if monthyl sr neglect then it can go 1.4785+ ,not thinking though exactly . sell off perhaps started in lower tf for some retracement before another try up. will check MM soon . M5 to daily price over 8/8 MM in overshoot area , only God knows what is going to happen.

I am only trading intraday moves, longer term much higher for me, but intraday looking for the pullback. We're seeing some candle formation of spinning top in place, but still can go either way. playing the probabilities for today to see daily PP

It's an old and proven technique. Some have taken it and refined it, almost to confusion. I have developed a couple of extra modifications myself which I use to trade, but always use the standard technique to give me the trend and likely entry/exit placements.

This is what I could go. Seems 87 is very well protected if breaks 85, then 79. But I am going for trend exhaustion. May take several attempts. Thanks again buddy.

i expected her to retrace around the 61.8% fib level at 14625, but its gone straight through that and looks like it might head up till the next resistance at 1.4867. i can't see it pushing through the 2008 high, and expect it to retrace eventually over the next year, maybe a bit less. once it shoots past 1.4177 im in for the long haul south.... im trading long timeframes btw, dont have the for intra day... what everyone think?

Triple witching on Friday !!

Anyone remembers last years september triple witching?

Euro went down about 400 points in 24 hours.

Can go both ways!

1.5000 not out of question until Fridays settlment.

Take care and watch those forces moving the Euro on Friday.

In monitoring the dollar – it is hitting near-term lows against multiple currencies, Euro, Australian dollar, Brazilian real, etc. Clearly investors are thinking that economic conditions are improving and are more willing to take on risk. Yesterday, confirming this thought, Bernanke said the recession is likely over, causing the dollar to slide. Also, retail sales exceeded expectations, another sign of economic strength in the US. There is no reason to get out of this trade. Still long EUR / USD.

Might be just overshooting that fib, we are less than 100 pips away from that fib level, but it could also blow all tops and go to 1.6 before another bubble burst that will take the euro to less than 1 dollar

A red monthly candle (below 1.43) would not surprise me
Maybe its all about putting false upward pressure before fundamentals take over

I think it is going to exhaust , sign of sell off & so no overshoot this time . So going to short with tight sl & tp 1.4640 & leaving. see you all in the evening though usually can't trade actively most day .
