But unlike EU the trend on EJ has been down already for the past 3 weeks. For EU, yes, that is significant; for EJ it is a continuation.

No offense guys, but what the hell good does it do anyone for you to give play by play calls.
I know its none of my business, but if you have a clue what is coming next, post it. This BS about what is happening only has meaning if you can project a future move from it.

Hang Seng has come in 1.5% down. If it gets deeper red we will see deeper moves in the E/U, too.

We've been clearly seing a break of some "traditional" correlations in the last few trading days, usually this happens for a few trading days and serves mainly to readjust correlation ratios between currencies, mainly in the majors and on currencies that involve a good commodity base (like AUD and CAD).

I believe we may be entering a (small) bull dollar run soon, but i am in no way a dollar bull in the medium term, in fact I hope to get away from it until the end of the 1st quarter 2010.

The sell off during the Asian session helped set up some long scalps that I mentioned in the post a few hours ago.
