Supposedly tank farms are full & we got idled tankers sitting full all over the globe. So then "news" comes out that the inventories have dropped and the energy company stocks and oil price get a nice boost.

If you have a tight enough grip on the inventories then I guess you can do that whenevr you like, huh? Do you smell the same rat I do?
bs.... they can report whats in there tanks.. sometimes paper work get losr ect.. they dont included the ship at the dock ect..its a way to manipulate the price.. the less they report the more they make..they write their own checks to themselfs..

Can someone tell me from where the hell this thing came from; I guess I was lucky I got out making only 30 pips today I could have not foreseen such a dramatic increase. Could anyone?

I dont. I just remember reading an article on financial astrology and it saying how 17 & 18 Aug were going to be crazy days. Guess I should have paid more friggin ATTENTION!!
