Yes this movement needed for any possible big drop next time . The movement yet not over but the longers should be carefull . Feel it will make sideways between 1.4173 to 1.4275 most time before the fall.Still playing some longs .

My pending sell limit is at 1.4230..weekly trend of euro is decline. and we will see 1.3950-1.3970 in next two days..my take profit is at 1.3970..just my opinion so lets see...

I think that the euro will continue its recent decline against the U.S. dollar. In a short period of this week, enabling the German institute ZEW data have led to economic growth expectations and helped the single European currency a little bit stronger. However, these data are unlikely to change the mood in the market, which expected recovery in the euro zone is not in the form of a letter V, as in the form of the letter W. The data also will not contribute to World Vision rehabilitation. As a result, the tendency of investors to risk is likely to remain low, and this will guarantee that the euro will remain under downward pressure against the dollar. Recent evidence suggests that the eurozone economy is showing signs out of the recession. Some of them show even more rapid recovery than expected in the markets. However, the impact of these data is unlikely to last long unless other economic data, such as a more important indicator of German Ifo, which will be published later this week, will not be proof that this increase was caused by not only the product cycle. Moreover, some economists fear that the worst is yet to come. Carsten Bzheski expert ING Financial Markets in the euro-zone economy from Brussels, warns that the deteriorating situation in the labor market is still hampered by a real recovery. He believes that the rise in unemployment so far has been limited to reduction in temporary jobs. When large-scale growth of surplus production capacity will be obvious, it will begin the reduction of long-term jobs, which is likely to lead to recovery in the form of the letter W. On Wednesday morning, another sharp drop in China's stock indices led to a deterioration in mood and reduce the attractiveness of high yield currencies such as euro. Shanghai Composite Index fell 5% just before the closing. Nikkei index in Japan fell by 0.8% compared to the closure Tuesday.

The big pin bar in hourly 2 bars ago was clue. I said it would be a technical day. My error to go against that 'pain' bar, something I rarely do, on good volume.
