that's true too, uncle sam but we have to be very carefully with this currency pair as it is one of the most volatile currency in forex market.

According to my research, the currency for sure will go up if the rate is more 1.8%. but if the rate is less than 1.8% or equal to 1.5%, then i'm not sure.

Yup, since you don't/can't afford to risk more than 15 pips stop, waiting after the news is definitely the best thing to do. Good luck to you too.

Another German ZEW Economic Sentiment news comes out in about 23 minutes. I don't remember this news coming out before. Previous numbers came out positive. Well see what market shows us on this when positive numbers come out.
