The rate is small beer compared to sentiment inferred from FED statements which use coded messages

either the messages or lack of messages are seen as important

Trouble is we must bear in mind the saying that 'The first move is the false one'

I will let my s/l wash out now if it wants to - at least I can get a big profit if it does break down. Not interested in the small gain when there could be a big one in the offing

I agree with a lot of what the others say, but they can't keep the rates this low for long. I guess once they start getting most of their Tarp funds back, rates will go up.
