I use fxcm mt4, sigtrader mt4 & marketscope for charting. Use the marketscope to view the odd timeframes.
I think godfrey knows how to get those odd timeframes working on mt4, you could ask him tho

Not reversal Wormie, just a bounce of the 61.8% level (1.6600). Looking for short @ 1.6690 again.....

Yeah, I tried that with MT4, one has to import the tick data from the 1min chart or something like that. then use the scripts called "period converter", but for the life of it, it didn't work, well, it didn't have a extra button to press, though it did convert it to the time frame i wanted, but it was static data (wasn't updating)
