Yes, I use M5 with the centre of gravity, and few other filters, it does work on this pair. Looking at the MTF gearing to get an idea of the intra day cycles. This way if the platform allows one can go both ways, having Long position and short on a scalp. Not every platform allows it, so I use different ones.

THe 50% fib ret attracts PA, so it will not surprise me if cable gets there, if so I shall add to the long multientry posision I currently hold. (for the newbs, please do not follow this strat, as it has been established in part with the accordance of Delta, which looks at the historic cycles, and in this volitile markets it often is challenging, and causing one to hold a position which can temporarily incure paper losses, or real losses if one is wrong or not commited to the particular count/s of the Hs and Ls)

I understand. I enter looking to hold for anything from a couple of days to a couple of weeks and then scalp. Used to have to switch sub accounts to take seperate positions, but like you say, in the end it is easier and less risky to have more than one broker (just in case-Refco etc).

Think this last little rise has too many Shorts scaled in for it to make it back to the top of the 5 min range, would be nice though if it continued like this until the news.

Sounds like Dows Theory. Worked well at 145 area, but like you say need to be able to sustain 400-500 drawdowns as cycle kicks in.

Ok, just saw another 10 pip offload spike snapped up, shouldnt be long now.

It it like sitting on a volcano, murmours are there, and it is ready to explode, there is so much expectation build by the media on this release, it makes me suspicious. The move to the south has given some space in relation to time for the significant H (on H4 and daily) to br reached by middle of the next week. This H might be followed by a substancial move down, I shall post my delta count, as there are two poss timing zones for this expected large move, possibly even taking the Jan,s Low, but on a much longer TF.

It is certainly ready to explode. All of the last weeks PA was to force a high a couple of days ago, I am sure there is a smart game being played here. PA wasnt correct and not the norm.

This move South could be one of two things like you say: Profit taking at the top and ready to re-enter at better price forcing yet another new high, or a forced rise from 163xx in anticipation of a huge move down.

I favour the latter and think that Price has been forced well above it's value rate as they know about the drop to come. By forcing up an extra 5 cents allows a 10 cent drop before major panic across the board. I think the real price is at 160 area.
