is their a Trin, Arms index indicator for metatrader ?

The TRIN indicator is ratio of advancing volume versus declining volume, that's applicable to the equities market, NOT forex. Most MetaTrader brokers don't provide OHLCV for equities, hence the TRIN would need to be claculated from externally supplied data. It's very unlikely that you would find one on a forex-specific platform.
If you had a source of supply for the TRIN value, you could use an indicator like Plot_External_Data to plot these values on your MT4 charts. See posts #281 and #283 in this thread.
