the DOW has had such a long unbroken run now that I reckon a pullback is inevitable - not a huge one - just profit taking

I think it is going back to 6480 area @ 38% retracement then go up if more is @50% 66450 I'll go long around there points.

Dow is up strong, treasuries closed positive but Cable couldn't sustain at the high .. I suspect tomorrow's data out of UK is rotten one http://www.forexfactory.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

Looks like many ppl didn't do that well today, not much action seemed to have gone on anyway. Lucky I was out all day...not trading is trading too, right?!

Yes, that would make a lot of sense.
At least a test of 9000 as support, that would only be healthy. Without some proper retracements and pauses, I'm afraid we are bound to crash head first into a brick wall soon.

i know somone who's UK house sold this week after 2 years and 3 months on the market
The restaurants in Leeds had waiting lists last week
They dont have to price in universal health care since they have had it since I was one - my mum paid for my birth at a shilling a week (bargain) - the doctor came round to the house every friday for the money - a bit like the US but without the bankruptcy lawyers

London underground was bursting more than usual and the hotels were full

They could have some surprises as the blighters love to spend as much as the yankees

Blame the dollar. It had a new lower low today, and now it's back at it's highs of the day!!

There is news about Microsoft missed the earnings and cutting 5000 jobs .. probably behind the move plus low liquidity
