Hey dude congrats on your first post. The only advise i have is to take your time and work your way through a demo account to establish your trading style & rules.

Above all, please don't listen to anyone's advise without doing your own homework first. There will always be a market once you get yourself up to speed.

Typical first 1/2 hour London spike. Yesterday she went up, today down but it almost always happens.

Been following this thread and your progress for some time now.

Don't take this as any sort of criticism - it's not meant to be - just some friendly advice.

Have you tried scaling in to positions.

I also need to use too much leverage but I scale into a position rather than put the whole lot on at once I'll add to a position until I have a full lot on.

BTW I hate PO's I find they tend to get me in at the top if I buy and the bottom if I sell - lol.

Yeah in fact I tried a little position to test the waters and made a little money. I knew which way it was gonna go and had I been sitting here watching, I would have moved my stop a couple pips.

Yep, for my style of trading I never use PO's and that exactly why. I use them when I'm sitting here just so I don't have to have the order box open waiting but, set them and walk away, never. I knew my rule, I broke my rule and it beat me over the head.

But no I don't scale in, only out. When I'm really confident about the likely direction, I get in full boat.

No worries, I'll make ten times that back this week....

If it get's through 6450, I'm expecting a little bounce or stall around 6420, then on down to 6380.
