I placed short couple of hours before @3871. I took partial profit @3836. I still hold the other half, but I'm a bit scared I hope we revisit 383x area today.

Positive dollar crap? Geez, don't these people lie thru their......? Well, I guess 'whatever it takes to help move the market according to your wishes' remains the SOP.
Edit: I am not pretending to know what comes next, but still the Daily chart may indicate only that PA is retesting support area.

Well anyway, it was nice of Bloomberg to print that 'China/positive dollar' thing. Don't they 'front' for GoldmanSachs? I mean gee, do you suppose GS was right there helping it drop and buying at the lows......? Nothing like some good (planted?) PR to help set the stage for your next play.....

I'm almost sure it is a game of "the big family", you just have to lie in bed with them...
Watch this in case you haven't seen it, it makes your view on the world totally different. (PS: maybe this vid is common talk in the US, but I had never seen it before)

The pair never made it to the PP but that doesn't mean pivots didn't play a role.

Check out the attached chart.

The pair bounces off S1 during the euro session.

It bounces off S1 again during the US session and the drops below it.

Once it's below S1 the pair struggles back north to S1... a great Selling opportunity.

It moves back down to the low.

This happens often during heavy pressure days.

Look for the pair to move through a pivot level... head back to test it and then continue on its way in the direction of the trend.

i re-posted that at the request of someone its a week or so old.. crap yes.. but then again so is the other side.. we have a 10 days left of this..reporting. and the answers not on your charts. reversals are normal. china is bull shitting the world. and the proof is in the pudding,commodities...1.6 was bullshit as was 13000 dow.. all built on a manipulated lower dollar.. all to help rape the country.. in the greatest rape of a willing nation.. in the greatest transfer of wealth in modern history.. pull up any chart you like such as gold, oil, eu, ect. we have been had.. all for a few to be able to buy $.50 tennis shoes..and sell them back to the sheep. the king has no clothes

parden me but that spending is aready on your kids.. just compare usd to most commodities.. when a strong nation gives to a weaker one we become weaker..give me a dollar im a little stronger your a little weaker.. now let me own your mortgage..see how china works..

G, i could not agree with you more. I don't have the exact numbers in front of me, but how many less millionaires do we have as a result of this correction (of wealth) over the last year or so? This money was taken from them through all the BS in the markets. Through fraud by those in the know (Enron, Oil, ponzis, wars on terror, etc.). And by how much has the wealth of old money / multi-billionaires increased? But this is not new.

I wish my lurking friend, Istvan, would pipe in. His theories in politics are legendary.
