I have a short order at 6140 .. just below the daily central pivot and the 38.2 of todays down move.

Most are moving to www.fxcm.co.uk the UK based office so no restrictions as yet unlike the USA. Isn't toronto Canada ?? if so they've lost Stops and other abilitys recently so NO!!

No i havent .. i am with a broker in the states actually .. fxcm

never considered a canadian broker.

Anyway, i have an updated chart including some weekly and monthly pivots.

My sell zone is 6130/50.

tbh, the whole idea of not stops really isnt that bad .. you can still play a stop, just as an opposing order

im starting to do it so i can get used to it .. since hedging is gone .. if i want to buy while i have a sell open, the buy cancels the sell (if its the same size) and closes the trade.

alright and i closed my short for a 40+ pip gain and now looking for a entry point around 1.6150-6200 to sell dont know if it will retract that high

A opposing Limit order is a interesting take hmmmmmmmmm

As a Chop player which works most of the time it can sometimes run away from me, cause I can hedge it would give me a ability to negate some of the down move jump off the hedge and claw some back when time.

But yeah thats 1 way around it I guesss, harder to setup / slower and more confusing I can see many cocking up those orders at there cost

Thanks for the comments, I did not know Canada had lost stops etc. I had read other comments about the FXCM Uk platform not being really good.

Also, most brokers will program it in so as you won't really notice any difference in your platform or how you use it. I spoke with mine today (IBFX) and they're working on implementing it in the servers. So if I place a SL, TP or even a trailing stop, they generate another order for them that isn't "married" to the first so it complies with the new FIFO rule.

BELIEVE me I was really worried because my style depends on these.
