anyway .. its obvious that equites fell all over the place in asia and europe .. i expect the sp500 and dow head and shoulders patterns to play out to the downside this week .. both are currently set to open lower in newyork.

i would expect the US ISM news today to produce a number still less that 50, and also worse than expected .. a sign of contraction .. this would (should) catalyze another fall in the stock market and increased the USD strength we have seen.

im not a fundamentalist but it all seems logical to me, at least the falling equities = stronger dollar .. i dont know how many times ive heard that haha


if we can maintain this small bounce to the 62xx area, and we see worse than expected news plus a price spike up, this may be an awesome shorting opportunity.
