I can see the chart although I hardly ever look at Oanda chart. I very much prefer to open up the chart from interbankfx.

In the meantime my account and charts are back up. I've got nothing here guys... we're on a couple of nice SR lines and can go either way. Looking at the daily, I see reason for short and long. I'm going to wait things out a bit more before placing any trades... am already up a good amount and don't want to give any of those profits back.

PS - we're also right in the middle of a major wedge, which is about the worse possible place to open a position...

looking at bloombergs futures all commodities down except aluminium and cattle... they must be betting on a lot of beer drinking at the barb-ques the forth antisipated... oh and wool has no change..

I think this is just minor retrace to the 38 % fib or 34 ema on the 1 hr chart.
Sentiment still short for the week TP 1.3550 area.

Ps I alo had problem logging into oanda

Don't forget to wear the crash helmet at the same time. Not out of the woods yet, it has to retest and hold above 1.3911.

if the botton is going to be broken usually there will be cosolidation.. this sometimes produces flags wedges ect... if we hit your lower target why would it not go lower.. your highs are getting lower..you hit a floor where it more then likely will bounce of a few times..before/if it goes lower.. if you exit consider re-entering at a 23.6% retrace bearish direction.. if you can stand a above 50% sl.. trend lines get distorted the longer we dont move..the angle changes to lessen degree of angle as time goes on.. at times like this the numbers are more important then the lines.. a break in a trend using lines can be false during consolidation..numbers will tell if its bs or not. many times people here will say trend it this/that its broken when its not broken...i have done the same bs myself... its crap. using just lines you can say a trend is broken when its not..it could just be showing cosolidation...for a move either way. trend is still intack when this happens until numbers disprove it..

below 1.3862 is H&S brek in lower TF. Above 1.3882, and we should get the test of 1.3911.

ITS SUMMER! So expect smaller ranges, lower volume and more pattern trading. The global business volume is lower during summer and hence it is reflected in all types of trading Forex, Futures/Commodities as well as Stock, Options and Bonds.

As always summer interns are trading or should I say getting their feet wet. While the professionals are going to be taking it easy and most leaving for a well deserved vacation around July/August to recharge their batteries for the fall.

So what do I look for during summer trading months. Well usually its the same chart reading, with more 'readable' chart patterns. Support and resistances tend to work a lot better. That's just my opinion..... chart reading will be chart reading.

.3900 is an important psych level.

The 50 fib is in the general vicinity.

Hourly charts should be nearing overbought at this level.

Risk... short covering.

The way it looks right now... you can ignore this post.

I'm saying that for today the reference is 3868 ...
but the heavy hands will come short the next session if the value is between 3890 and 3868
