I did make a call with closely monitor S&P and DJ yesterday and saw very clear sign of OS from my H1/H4..Did align with Scrat in Aus and felt better with Q, PB and PK for GY...

But some people here refuse to check my call and keep short n short even am posting some DJ/S&P chart on it...still i saw shorting @ 1.634 and so on...for me i only saw 1.64X area after hit my pit will be the best for small short not from 1.626-1.634 area at that time...at the before i going for my bed...am expecting a lot will be hit their SL or in -pips float...

haha..maybe am only have 1 vouch and they just take a small call from me..but vouch is not important for me...the important is..technical, pips=$$ and change from dump to those who can make a call ..even contradict with some people who have more vouch than me....i think u know me better..but maybe am new in posting in GU lately as am back to this old paired after GY mess my head last couple of week..and not this week and i trade both of them..including EU....

If people understand my short conversation with Wormboy before he did left yesterday night...then people will realise what went wrong...

Anyway good luck to and perhaps making a good trade with some call from Mal....Take care

No one said you are wrong.. maybe you are upset that more people didnt realize your call?

i did not upset nor frustrating..but i can understand how they trade even somebody give a very clear sign..mm..am trying to understand more n more people here...

Oh i thought he did something wrong to you ... ya you had a good call .. that move caught alot of us off guard..

Jack, you were right, I sold it at 371 and my stop got taken out 399!

I realised now based on what you said, that a better position would have been to short on the retest of sloping trendline at 390-400!

Ya i said the possibility for a retest of 6400 was a factor of concern as well .. Just pure luck on my part man lol

i find it very difficult to be succesful with trades that have small stops of about 25 to 30 pips!

I keep getting stopped out!

I realise that with the kind of volatility were are seeing these days, it is better to take a position with a larger stop and limit.

Say 100 on the stop and 100 to 150 on limit!

Any opinions?

I think the stop should have been above 430 mate.....not 400 there was always a 99% chance this would have been hit...Wish you get a good entry like jack but....when you do it goes the other way lol.....

Ive also realised that because Im not trading with a plan, i am all over the place with random trades thorughout the day.

This is not benefiting me at all, and I have actually neally wiped out my first account?

I've considered giving up but, with nearly three years in the trenches I do beleive with more discipline and a consistent system i can reach the end of the rainbow!

you said earlier its tricky.. and its a scary place at the top of that trendline so taking this the conservative way is best ..

if it plays out, and there is a strong bounce from 6350...

concentrate more on entry not on stops

a good entry is what you need, not S/R levels

try to enter on strong trends and leave it when the trend weakens

enter a moving bus and leave it when it stops
