Its a set of divergences that happen over the 445 EMA on the 15m... wont get into details, sorry. Maybe one day if I have more time Ill open a thread about it...

I wouldnt take a position though, since its not the time of the day ideal for such a trade...

Yes, it hit while i was sleeping for +5 pips .. looks like the 6660/70 area held nicely though and i hope many of you are short! Too bad im not in it .. but...

I am long another pair, USDCAD .. many positions near 1.08 and the smile on my face when i woke up this morning



I also stated that a weekly close below the larger 38.2 level is extremely bearish .. So we want a close below 6400 ..

After NFPs, I'll put together a plan to get short next week for you guys if in fact we get a bearish close and a few other indications!

the problem in GM (General Motor) will make USD weaker i guess.
its only about days ago about GM's bankrupt thing.

Need to think global now ... Euro had a bad GDP number, Bernanke is worried about the financial system ..

If that persists, the stock market will sell off and the dollar will gain strength.

The high for today at 6664 was spot on daily R1 pivot as well .. Giving you one more reason to short.

This move down is either a correction or the beginning of a larger correction. Again, weekly close is important.

This move down now may cool off as we have had a daily R1 to daily S1 pivot move, this is a typical move based on the pivots theory

GBP was just a scam...........it appreciated for nothing it was just a stop hunting move.................at least 1.60 on the cards ...............
