Don't know if next week there will be a little retracement.........seems like in side a channel still ............

GU is really overbought when look at daily timeframe. Divergence was form at HI. The daily candle bars are getting smaller. I would not buy from here.

Can you explain the overbought happen??
Does Endland economy better than last few months and cause GBP up??

Indicators are not running the market.
If a news comes, gbpusd goes up, indicators freeze there..
Same for a down movement.
Indicators are for information purpose only. How the market is running, only know to big guys!

Just read somewhere, 2 days ago gbpusd went down 300 pips because S&P announced they are giving bad rate for gbp. Then it went down 300 pips, so usd powered up. Funny, at that time, usd people thought, then this S&P is next going to give bad rate for usd... Then usd went down and gbp back...

Funny things...

I just look at daily zigzags. The average move of up and down for the last 7 months is around 1500 pips. Now it does reach 1500 pips up and could retrace anytime. Thats why I would not buy from here and looking for a sell
