Dollar has hit a 5 month low - turns out that some of the larger ploayers like PIMCO had been holding dollar shorts. Back to my previous post - the uS starts selling treasuries next week May 28th - if the dollar is at a five month low at the point in time when they need people to buy treasuries most how will they sell it? I may be wrong but there may be dollar strengthening moves starting end of session today leading into next week. I really think the market is beyond logic - some people were quoting value of pound etc - the real measure of a currency used to be based on a gold standard and in effect the replacement for that has been valuation on percieved strengths - now dollar may be a crap place to invest right now but the US economy has the biggest room for a bounce back - UK economy has very little in terms of manouverability so the GBP against the USD should suffer more. The real situation is one the ground, commercial property priuces are dropping, rental intakes are dropping consumer spending is dropping, GDP is negative and will remain negative, artificial boost in sales figures based on spending borrowed tax money to make UK economy look better then it is, different matter - Let me just say elections in UK are coming soon, and Obama has just started his term, France Germany are also in diificult places in terms of popularity - hence all cards are out - everyone will do whatever they need to do make themselves look better - they are politicians - they are just taking turns - this week was euro,yen and pounds turn.

Dear Bro...what do you think upto what level GBP can remain bullish untill it becomes over bought and starts being LONG?

you know i do not wish to get ahead of events but if this area broke there will be a mid term target 1.7600 you will have experienced in this figure and it will pass the stages of plants, but this figure would be my target

but i'm daily trader i dont keep any trades over night ... always there is an entry ... it could happen by Patience

this is my view and it will be updated with every thing happen in the market

so for it seems a bit bullish for the dollar.
