well, from my point of view,some tf show that 5860 hold as a good small support. while the trend still far from the upper channel.. plus everyone expecting 1.6 i think it will finally reach 1.6. LOL, just a newbie thoughts. Hopefully it will reach 1.6

There's no justification for this type of GBP valuation. Its fair value is 1.51 so as it is, it is already over-valued. Plus, the hype about recovery is yet to be supported and proven. Investors will want to see concrete evidence or there will be another run of confidence.

Exactly. People seem to have forgotten how fast GBP dropped since July 2008. It dropped like a stone. Perhaps GBP shouldn't be at 2.000 area, but it sure as hell shouldn't be at 1.35 either where it had dropped to. GBP is getting closer to its truer value. The only explanation for this impressive upward run is that it is a correction of the drop shown on your graph... This correction started at the end of January but accelerated this month.

EDIT: And I guess this correction is also happening at the time as a USD devaluation since USD seems to be losing out against all the other majors.

main target is 1.6156 ... but first target 1.5981 then 1.6046 then my main target
