I think so too .. the price are now back into the H4 ascending channel. Also, I think it will drop further before US open and early part of US open.

It is hesitating at the 1.5600 area though. Partly it is because we have the M2 resistence area at 1.5797. It should continue on to the 38.2% Fib level, maybe more.

Guys - Google and BBC are reporting that he retail sales were better than expected (which is bull as i told you). So exactly what news brought the drop in the first place. Does this BS mean that it will start climbing again.

yeah.
I will hold on to my shorts until I see a reversal but so far there is no reversal. Everything is still bearish. Maybe a small retrace will happen but for me thats about it.

UK Treasury: S&P say outlook could be revised back to stable

The UK Treasury says S&P could revise back its negative outlook for Britain’s sovereign debt rating given the uncertainty in the econmic outlook. Cable on steadier footing in wake of comments, presently back around 1.5600

Any comment guys?
