apologies 4CFX - I see it now (the early releases).

Does that happen often or it very unusual to have releases shifted forward - you have to really be on the ball eh.

No probs. I thought it was a joke too to start with.

Apparently, it got "accidentally leaked" out early so they decided to release it anyway. Not the normal course of event.

As an observation, it's rather interesting to see a number of banks raising additional capital these last few days.......perfect timing or perfect market manipulation? Food for thoughts.

IMHO opinion unemployment rate is most important......... it has risen significantly even though change is about.4 ...........claimant people stop claiming it after some times maybe due to restrictions . I think news is GBP negative ...........but big guys will decide if they want to take the majesty to 153.70 ..........I stick to my shorts ...........

I think it's getting ready for another upward bounce... it's making lower highs and higher lows on the 5 min chart... my 2 cents.

Market sentiments are very bullish at the moment. I agree with you that there is very little reason for GBP to appreciate. But the market is jumping on every bit of good news and ignoring the bad ones.

The key will be tomorrow's BOE inflation report. It was a bit strange that they announced further QE this week, before the inflation report. So we could be in for some market moving news.

for the current trend... good news = 100% jump, bad news = 1% fall... lol

We have now crossed over the middle of the Bollinger band on the 15m chart, and approaching it on the 30m chart.

Looks like it will retrace before move up. Thoughts welcomed.
