with the 2 sell trades down I will keep my margin carrying 160 pip and will not change whatever the direction is as I have to buys and 2 sells. I can close 1 of the 2 buy trades if its sure down trend not going up.

You know the FSA in America are stopping all Hedging on USA based brokers don't you, that could ruin your trading be warned.

If you move to a foriegn broke ie FXCM UK then you'll be fine though

Correct, not many can see that, all you can see is the current direction on as small a TF as you can and hope it doesn't change for abit. So 15mins.

Can I kindly give you some advice and recommend you go to babypips.com and go through all their steps and also study about candlestick patterns. I wish you the best in your journey and don't want to see you become a statistic. You placed your buy orders at the top and even more important, you didn't have a stop loss in place. You have to be willing to take a loss on a position just as much as your willing to take profit. But to blindly take a position without knowing your risk is not good.

Hey, could you possibly post these levels on Sunday so we have a heads up on them for the week?

Looks good. Support/resistance but its always to have a second view of the markets!

This has been widely reported on FF over the last few days but does anyone know why they're doing it.

What problem is it going to solve exactly??

Maybe just follow a little guide from islamic rule trading.. This now day many broker provide islamic FX that remove a hedging and midnight interest. anyway hedging is not good for currency itself.. This is mention by my arab friend... And I don't know so much becoz i'm not from arab...

Why hedging is bad ? i use hedging all the time and i see it very good .
imagine you are long from 1.35 and want to tp at 1.5 , you could have opened short at 1.49 in the first drop. and closed it at 1.36 then wait for the second strike to hit 1.5.
removing hedging is like telling to everybody : Play long term or get out.
because it will be impossible to scalp while you have a position.

It's maybe good for you but it bad for currency. You may try ask arab people hopefully they can explain to you ( i think arab may have the answer because in islamicfx, they don't allow hedging the fund, anyway if there is no effect to currency when we hedging, so why they stop hedging...
