It's amazing how they can paint the charts.

Who ever "they" might be.

I know from my days in the trading pits we used to paint the charts when ever we could.

US Emloyment claims forcast 2k down on last week. Prob a small figure but will be aware.

true i never really thought about it like that but i guess they could paint the charts if they had enough cash, would just need a big entry just before the candle ends, interesting thought

While watching the boredom....making a few pips up and down, I have had a chance to analyze the long term trends and compare them to the overall cycles.

Looking at the week to come, I believe that this low and the increased volatility will bring on a massive move to the northside. Watching, once again comparative charts and the overall market along with daytime and daily trends, I believe we will see a 1000 pip range next week for play and I believe the move to be Bullish in nature.

March 11 forecast....

Way back when, when people asked what I did for a living, I would always ask them if they had seen "Trading Places."

If they had, it was easy to explain. If not, it was near impossible to explain Long and Short for your own account.

i got a feeling the this bull run is getting tirred, might go to 1.43 again..any views on this?

im thinking the 1hr might give a pin

I am always eyes on the forum and on the charts, I friggen love this game....

I know the interm resistance ranges but still call the ball @ 1.4983+ before this sandbox goes back to the bears for 2 weeks...

It truly amazes me at the cycles that play in the minutes and hours also carry onto the days. The bitch about it is, these cycles that play out on the hourly can take several hours to play out, so spreading the same ranges over the days makes the forecasting a little more of a challenge...It is cool that once the noise is cleared that the indicators win and for me, now a firm believer that the technicals are the truth, the fundies are the head fakes and incidentals.

Will stick the the colored lines, it is a lot more fun than reading about blood running in the streets and the approach of Financial Global Armageddon...

I am in agreement with you navin.When the market goes crazy like this I like to take a more encompassing view to see when the steam is going to let up. Stochs in all 5 time frames are way over bought!! when the 30m stoch drops below 80 Iwill think about shorting. Jim

I reckon we coudl get down to about 4425.

My thoughts are that we start making a new bull flag here. Were above trendline on my chart so im not taking profit yet
