I am sorry to disagree, but a boxer who takes a few hits to the chin is not knocked out. America has been in this situation before, we bounce back, we adapt, we maintain. Your attitude is defeatist at best, which is why I made light of it in my post. Americans will not abandon their ideology because of setbacks...the war is not over...you act as if the country no longer exists and we are discussing how it fell. Americans don't think that way, and thank God for that.

everybody is so serious today...talking politics when all we should be concerned with is how to interpret what is going on. face it...our opinions..our voices..united in outrage to whats going on or not...it doesnt change anything. we dont control what will happen...wall street or congress will not control it...we are all puppets manipulated by the powers that be behind the world governments. personally..im happy to be a puppet as long as i get to pull my own strings



in any case...heres my view on america...it will survive....this guy says it better then i could ever say it...enough of the pessimism please
