I have overdosed on hugh hendry vids on utube and i feel like the end is nigh - but luckily I have been here before and lost £40k, then sat back and watched it go up £100k in 18 months. ok this one is going to be slower, but warren buffet says its not the end - so the end it isn't.

I will be ok, living in the north west i can go stand in the rivers and live on salmon... the indians round here used...
damn those legs are enough to make any1 forget forex...

I need to see a close below 4229 for me to keep my short....but here is what I see..

As a swing trader, which chart time (15mins, 30 mins etc) would you suggest?

Also, does any have the COT for the British pound?

Right but will be push up again when down to 1.4215 - 1.4225, up to where I am pessimistic to reach 1.4350 to day ! Do scalp in Abuawad unknown area 1.4215 - 1.4255 maybe profitable until US closing time !
I only trade XAU/USD. Based on USD news & Fib SR & BB20
