Take a look at the last candles on the monthly chart.They are screaming SELL.We just need a good reversal formation on the daily or weekly chart to start the sell of.There is one on the 4h chart.Head and shoulders.

Last longterm chart with the main "engine" trendline for this current multi-year uptrend.

PS TheCable, please reduce your pic size to 600 x 600 max, it's difficult to read the forum as the screen is stretched out. My monitor reso. is 1024 x 768. Thanks.

I'm one who believes that Big Money moves the market. 100% of the market bulletins I receive reffers to what Central Banks, CTAs, companies (importers and exporters) and big time speculators HAVE DONE that resulted in some noticeable price movement.

I've never, ever, received a bulletin saying that those players acted because "the freaking charts were screaming at them!!!!"

You guys show me a non-edited video footage of either Mr. Bernanke, Mr Trichet or Mr Fukui saying loud and clear:

"Let's sell some dollars because we need to give the market the wave 3 they are looking for" OR

"Let's raise this interest rates just a notch so we will finally get that 50% fibo that wasn't traded yet"... OR

"Let's issue a revision to the previous NFP because there's a bearish engulfing candle in the montly that must be solved"....

... and I will definitely surrender to the tech bullshit.

I use the technical analysis only to find out the best time to enter and exit.

Henrycarol can easily ram and break that AK-47 support down, he's immune against machine gun.

PS Good analysis tho, that down channel was a good one. A suggestion here, move the second touch point of the lower channel line to the 1.9212 bottom last week, and the line will have 4 touch points now, with one false breakout downside (1.9183).

Anyway, thanks for the fun here, after 5 days of chart watching and hectic trading.

i've been watching this thread for quite some time now.

it's good read most of the time, but please tone down the humor.

1) most of you are not that funny, if not all of you.
2) it takes away from the true intent of this thread which is to discuss about trading cable.

also, when you post your charts, make sure the width is somewhere under 480 in pixels.

The reason I abandoned "The Daily Cable Analysis" was because its founder used to flood the thread once and while with posts that let clear that good humor wasn't welcome to, what he certainly believed, was HIS thread.

By accepting that my personality does not fit with bad humor and boring offices, I gently gave up posting in HIS thread and got back to this one, that was also abandoned in favor of his for quite sometime.

Please refer to this page (http://www.forexfactory.com/showthre...10378&page=359) post# 5382 , where I stated what and why was I doing.

I like to be here every day because trading is too lonely an activity and I could end up crazy in a matter of days. Also, and mainly, because forex is not yet among the culture of the people in Brazil, so I miss opportunities to discuss and exchange ideas.

This week I can say that I did a hell of a job here, not because I think I'm the best, but because I grabbed a furious bull by the horn and succeeded in making good profit out of it. You're profitable, you're doing fine. Easy to measure.

Next week? I don't know how I'll perform.

I'm currently in a hard, hard process of learning here for 4 months now. I don't know yours and other's but my learning curve is being harsh, almost cruel on me. Have given me bad sleep, home discussions, wiped A LOT OF MY MONEY.

But I'm struggling to find my way in forex not to become another statistics.

And I need this comunity to exchange ideas and improve my trading skills.

I personally can't stand choppy days, crazy Fridays, Lousy Mondays and huge drawdowns without keeping my humor. And I try to share this humor here, which seems to be overall well accepted.

Finally, as it was me who gave up the boring thread and got back here with NO USERS ONLINE for days, although I can't say this thread is mine, I can legitimately say that bad humor, castration, absolutism and boredom are definitely NOT WELCOME here.

So if you don't fit, pack you shit and get the hell out of here. Google for boring FF forum and you will find you place.

Keeping respect is all I ask. Posting jokes, positions, complaints, analysis, FREAKING EWs () the whole package is welcome, as far as it doesn't go against FF rules.

For those who stay, go on posting, joking and laughing.

I noticed that I tend to do better at a lot of things- getting in and out of positions in Forex while making a profit being one of them- when I am a little tipsy.

I wonder how good of a trader I would be if I were drunk all the time?!

Micro trader here, lost a good amount of $ trading mini, no hurry on the learning, that's why I'm here. Earning my living doing something else.
