Hello kapten_haddo and congratulation for your great result
This method is not perfect and will produce some false signals then does not seek the Holy Grail because it does not exist
This week and this method have been good for me also
Someone else !?

I already said that this indicator doesnt repaint, but the price of
that is the indicator show signal only on next candle after divergence occurs!
Indicator works on any timeframe!!!
I wouldnt suggest using anything less than 30min TF.
(best signals are on 30min and 1H4H TF.

My system consist of SR, ZigZag leveling, MTF FIB stoch, and this divergence indicator,
and I know that, if used properly, divergence is one of the greatest
signals that I know of(try to develop your own system around this indicator),
I already...

Bonjour Pierre

I use mainly the Price Action (channel and trendline, S/R, Dow theory, breakout, etc..)
The CCI divergence, which works well for me, is a complementary method.
My only advice would be that your trading system must be simple so you should learn the price action and there are many discussions about it.

Guys this is a great way for this system how I use it.

30 min time frame more clear Divergence, more Divergence happen too.
Put pivot points on the chart for Radar, take Profits, S/R lines too.
Zig Zag indicator Set at 3-2-1 so you can see Tops and Bottoms
CCI 10

I disagree with this statement. i like this system and as a newcomer to this thread it confirms the sytem i have already been using on the 15 min TF. its al ost exactly the same, except i confirm the divergence or( look for more pips)
bt adding a 10 and 20 EMA cross or downturn to the mix. i use the intraday fib or pivots for support and resistance. don't even need to look to higher time frames at all. the 10 and 20 EMA's do it if or me. don't need momentum or RSI or MAC again the 10 and 20, do it for me. CCI and price give the divergence and thats it.

no need to look for more indicators or other systems. works on all time frames, except you need bigger stop for higher TF.

peace

Only looking for divergence on a chart is a very hard way to trade, you becomes a slave to divergence.Divergence causes you to cut your profits short, markets runs on momentun and momentun do not stop just so.
My simple set up I put a 5 sma on a 20 cci with a zero line, and just trade the cross, you can use any ema as filter.Time is to precious for me to just wait on divergences.

hi dezil, here are two examples of what i mean. i use the following,
CCI 20 (teal color line)
5 EMA on CCI (white line)
50 EMA on CCI (red line)
10 EMA on price (yellow line)
20 EMA on price (indigo line)
bollingers (20,2)
no other indicator necessary.

the first divergence is first red arrow and first green 'thumbs up'. go long when 10 EMA crosses/20 ema or CCI crosses its 50 EMA. this acts as a filter like i was saying to make sure the trade is going to go in your direction.

exit when the CCI recrosses its +100 or when the 10 EMA flattens. you do not need to do partial closes unless you are very conservative. in that case exit with 80 % after the first candle closes in your favor and exit 2 with 20 % when the 10 EMA flattens.

the second divergence, is the second red arrow and is bearish. we take it only when the 10 EMA is sloping downwards (filter). exit when the CC hits its 50 EMA or 10 EMA flattens. leave 20 % to run on.

as you can see it is pretty much the same strategy but with modifications.

the text that says 'EXIT WITH 80%' is in the wrong spot. it should apply to the second trade. i hope this is clear.

i do not have a template sorry.
but the CCI is already installed on all MT4 applications.
i added a 5 EMA set to 'first indicator's data' to the CCI set to 20.
i also added a 50 EMA set to 'first indicator's data) to the CCI
i added a 50 EMA to the main chart set to 'previous indicator's data'
bollingers (20,2)
10 EMA set to close
20 EMA se to close.
i sometimes use another CCI window with bollingers (20 ,1) and 5 EMA set (first indicator's data)
note 'first indicators data= CCI data
'previous indicators data= chart or price data

so no template needed here.

So you are trading regular as well as hidden divergence?
And you make sure you trade off a pivot or resitance/support line?
Do you also only take CCI signals in the direction of the trend, i.e. slope of the Chi Channels?

Thanks for your help, it is much appreciated Forexflash!
