Only way out of all the jumbo loans is to inflate the US economy, otherwise you have a bunch of people paying their 2 million dollar mortgages on homes worth 1.5M for the next 10 years.

It's not feasible, they have to make the debt smaller through inflation.

Just an opinion.

You think is GBPUSD going to the 1.52 level? (considering the approval of the $900b package, and the inflation created by printing all that money)
Or GBPUSD going down for a retest of the 1.40 level (mostly due to a weak UK and European currency and economy)?
It's hard to know what the reaction of the market will be if the 900b plan gets aproved.
On one hand, printing all that money, ensures inflation will increase and the dollar would depreciate.
On the other hand, it could be seen like the new government is really trying to stop (or at least slow) the crisis, taking a really positive action, and boosting consumer and bussiness confidence, and reactivating the economy.
So, economic theory or behavioral science?

Back from lunch, my TP on my longs was reached at 4820. just went short at 4835. We'll see how it works out.
