hi thierry,
i really like the setup, but could u be more specific when should we take our profit. From the pic i know that u're using pivot line as a tp , but if we consider the movement of cci, i think it would better we stop at s1 instead of s2.
Or do u have any other indi as a filter for this setup?
Just curious ...thanks

Hello nixx

Sorry but I have not other indicator for exit trade and I think we're all looking for it
I am a trader Forex for 4 years including 2 years as professional and I begin to feel the market movements and particularly some currencies.
Price action and divergence for example could be useful for some of your exits.
I am sorry not be able to help you nixx.

Just out of curiosity, can we apply the same CCI setting for other time frames as well?
Ignored
Hello maximteo

The same CCI setting for 15mn below

This method works in a trend market with hidden divergence which confirm a trend and makes it possible to open a position in the trend

Thierry89 in your post 22# i see you have to pictures and two trades the first why do you take this trade by drawing the line for divergence under the trend why not over with the 2 tops before that are divergence but had produced a failed signal.

the same is for picture 2 why do you draw the line under the trend why not above on the tops that are after your line that also would produced a fail signal. How do you know witch divergence you shall use ??

best regards and sorry for my spellings

You mean like that below !?

If I take the first short trade, you can see that my SL has not been reached so I will get out to the following next long trade with a small loss of less than 10 pips.
I did not used TF15 and these trades because that was an example for Maximteo about his post #16

Why to take this divergence ?... Simply because that was the first divergence
Your divergence must be beyond of CCI line 100/-100 and not between 100/-100

out there cus it brings in more reliable pips but there is still a flaw cus not every body is like thierry that can succeessfully draw an accurrate divergene line.so if any of you guys out that belive you are genius should help creating a cci divergence indicator for us in this thread cus i belive the thread has promise
