Yeah I figured its friday people are slow to react to the news, i saw other pairs gaining against the dollar so was very surprised to see cable sitting there twidlling its thumbs

why do they have diffeerent data?

News better than expected, so is it good for Gbp or USD to strengthen? Next week, BOE will cut 0.5% interest rate. So Maybe we will see 1.43 first and then 1.35.

why do they have diffeerent data?
GDP and GDP Price Index are two different measures. Today's headline figure is the GDP change, which is -3.8%. GDP Price index represents the difference between nominal and real GDP.

im long term bearish too, but a short term bull at the moment. All longs are off if we dont break out though

Still with my long from earlier. Looks quite north breakable at the moment, in conjunction with dollar losses in other markets.

12pm EST, Do we break 1.4400?
430pm EST, -Do we break 1.4450?

Reason is my friend and I are looking to make a bet, loser has to pay for drinks ALL WEEKEND, tks.
