This is not a day trade but trend trade. Don't expect it to hit target during today's new york session and will hold over night. Will also bump stop on clear. Session charts are diverged but the trend charts are rocket ready to launch.

I don't hoenstly see how we could be breaking through the resistance because there doesn't appear to be enough momentum to carry us forward. I do wonder how many techs you're using.

Please post a chart upon which you have based your analysis. I do not see any ascending trends (yet), other than a couple of monster 1H candles.

You know, I've never seen you post anything that we can't read ourselves from that website. And I remembered you making a call on the pound shooting up to 1.5x levels a couple of weeks back and you said you were trading without a stop. That it wasn't needed. But the pound went down to 1.36 instead. Still holding on to the long and hoping?

Lack of trading plan: Some traders do not know what to do if they are wrong nor what to do if they are right. The large floating profit they make may often turn into a large loss, because they did not know when to get out. Trade defensively and always know your downside and what you are at risk of losing. Must always have pre determined plan and stick to it. If you move your stop you have no plan and that will ruin your account.

Not sure which trade your speaking about because it's trades ago but if I do not use a stop it's because the position has such a low gear there is no bearing on total return. Alot of times throw a spotter trade to know market and use alot less than 1:1 leverage so pip values, equity swings, and drawdowns are a non event.

I can see a contradiction here. Surely if you were trading with a plan, then you would be using a stop loss??

Love you guys it makes me feel younger again. Had these type of converstions 10 years ago when was teaching trading skills. Right now up 5.1% for month and have a 1% downside and 1.65% upside on this entry. When your managing 7 figures and use 1 mini for spotter the % move means nothing.
