I'm thinking we will see a massive selloff at 3815 area, if the dow breaks 8000, then you can put your seat belt on for the fall but be ready for it to rise once buyers come into the dow. Again, if we take out tomorrow's low, we're not done with shorts being the major player. The 1h pin is trump at this point.
I doubt new lows will be made. Just a thought at the moment though, soon it will be action.

My scuba gear is on. I took my classic countertrend trade once the candle closes across the 15m 30/50. I'm short from 3842, SL +2 and looking for the depths. The Dow has gone to maga red status. If the dow breaks 7800, it's going to 6000 quickly and cable will see 1.25 just as quick. Today however, I'm targeting the low for TP. I'll be securing profit along the way as the journey gets underway.

FTSE closed. DOW still going south, there is no news to redirect it upward, so I am thinking to short at 3820, TP 3700.

If new lows are not made, then yesterday's daily candle still holds. We'll see how she plays out. I've been holding my damn positions too long lately and I'm over it.

That's my attitude, over holding mine too long. I've been short and long and long again on her ass this morning and currently short but covered at +2. the 15m 50 is holding nicely atm.

Any other tim eI would have joined you on that as it touchd my trendline but not today as the other pairs are placed well to push this up in my opinion, could be wrong though

seriously though, there are enough wild swings about that we should WAIT for one to a happen before trying to guess in advance

Then wait to see if a new trend is in place and get behind it after it has fallen back some

I dont mind leaving a small position on overnight or for a few days - but most of my stuff is going to be scalping as i went a month with hardly a loss doing that

Yes i jumped out 'too soon' on lots of moves and never made huge killings - but ever day i plodded up and up and up with my account
